Hey, I’m Jan Makowiak a Berlin based Software and Unity developer. In 2023 I graduated at the SAE Berlin in Games Programming and worked since then on several game projects, both for my self as well as on team projects. I also successfully finished several additional software-development-related educational trainings. Since 2025 I am a certified Oracle Java Programmer and an IHK-certified IT-Specialist for Java and C++ development.
I have a solid knowledge and understanding of the programming languages C#, Java and related Frameworks as well as of the game engine Unity. Furthermore I have basic experiences with the Unreal Engine and C++.
Although I really enjoy developing 2D/3D games for different devices and systems, I am also passionate about developing general software solutions.
